We ran our February workshop over the weekend, introducing cider – making, fermentation science and the *importance* of diverse yeast cultures. *Burp*
Here’s some snippets from the workshop. DIY apple juicing, sugars, yeasts, and an airlock for anaerobic fermentation – the ciders are bubbling and happy. We concluded the workshop with a round of tasting and toasting glasses all around. We’ll be touching on the topic of bioplastics for our upcoming workshop, do keep a look out for it!
